Anti-Spam Policy

 

National Positions maintains a zero tolerance policy associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any bulk e-mail, including unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail, or the sending, assisting, or commissioning the transmission of commercial e-mail that does not comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 ("SPAM").

 

It is our policy not to violate spam laws.

 

You may not use any of our services to send SPAM. In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through our services may not:

 

1. Use or contain invalid or forged headers
2. Use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names
3. Employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path
4. Use other means of deceptive addressing
5. Use a third party's Internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without permission of the third party
6. Contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content
7. To report an incidence of SPAM, please send an e-mail to info@NationalPositions.com.

Spamming can also incur substantial monetary fines from any of the providers through which Spam is directed because of the time, resources and expense it can incur for business. These financial and legal costs can and will be passed on to any violator of our Spam Policy. You will also be permanently banned from using any of our services. We will also take action to report your to the appropriate spam authorities
