National Positions and NetSuccessUSA Join Forces to offer Search Engine Optimization Services

Los Angles California, May 5, 2006. National Positions announced today a major joint venture initiative with NetSuccessUSA a leader in Internet Marketing. As of today National Positions will offer its customers the NetSuccessUSA search engine optimization services and technology. Effective immediately NetSuccessUSA will exclusively use National Positions for all sales.

Effective immediately Bernard May (President, NetSuccessUSA) and Gary Puterman (CFO, NetSuccessUSA) will join the board of directors at National Positions. Mr. May has over twenty years marketing experience working at high tech international companies in Cape Town, London, New York and Los Angeles. Bernard has held positions at Devon Systems (Sun Gard Intl), Symantec Corporation, Thompson Elite, Sony Pictures, US Search and First Advantage Corporation.

Bernard gained his Internet Marketing experience as Senior Product Manager of Norton Anti Virus at Symantec Corp (NASDAQ: SYMC) and as VP marketing at US Search.com (NASDAQ: SRCH) and First Advantage Corp (NASDAQ: FADV). He is the founder of Los Angeles based NetSuccessUSA.

Gary Puterman brings extensive financial and marketing experience to the board at National Positions. Mr. Puterman has global responsibility for all financial, accounting and operational activities for NetSuccessUSA. Gary has over 16 years of finance and operating experience. Gary co-founded and built up an apparel distribution company, Benora Clothing, which was sold in 2003. He then took on the CFO position in Softengine, an E RP software company. Gary joined NetSuccessUSA in 2005.
